Frequently Asked Questions
1. When is my premium due?
You should receive a billing statement from the company approximately 10 to 14 days before the due date. If you have questions or need assistance reading the invoice, please contact us.
2. Should I have any premium increase expectations?
Premium increases are dependent on a number of factors. Increase in policy coverage, increase in number of covered items, and/or increase in number of claims. Contact your account manager if questions arise.
3. What are my deductibles?
Deductibles vary with each policy. The lower the deductible, the higher the premium. Your account manager will assist you in determining the best deductible to fit your needs and budget.
4. What does my policy cover?
Coverages found within your policy are based on the limits and options you chose to fit your individual needs. If you have any questions regarding your coverage, your account manager is available to discuss.
5. How can I lower my premium?
In most cases, raised deductibles, deleted coverages, and remaining claims-free result in a lowered premium. Contact your account manager to see if you qualify for any discounts.
6. How do I start a claim?
Contact your account manager or your insurance company directly. If possible, please have your policy number available.
